• All terraces will be designed with Lithos Moon Grip tiles, measuring 120×60, in a light gray-beige color.

• Existing plantings will be supplemented with several trees.

• A square fire pit will be placed near the terrace pergola.

• Floating steps will be designed.

• As we move further into the garden, the design becomes more natural.

• The existing hedge around the property will remain.

• The heat pump at the pool will be adequately covered.

• A trampoline will be installed flush with the ground.

• Herbs will be planted near the house.

• Plants such as olive trees, Cornus kousa, Prunus laurocerasus, Prunus lusitanica, yew trees, hydrangeas, as well as large and imposing plants will be considered in the design.
